STEVE WINTERMEIER - MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Steve Wintermeier, Managing Principal of Fenway Financial Advisors, possesses a unique range of global management and financial experience. After receiving his undergraduate degree in International Economics from Georgetown University, Mr. Wintermeier worked as a consultant for the Japanese Ministry of Education in Hamamatsu, Japan. Upon his return to the United States, he earned a Masters in Business administration from Columbia Business School in New York City. Mr. Wintermeier gained valuable experience in corporate and international business as the Asian Pacific Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing for Titleist and Foot-Joy Worldwide in Fairhaven, MA and Singapore. After serving as a strategy consultant assisting small and mid-sized businesses, Mr. Wintermeier brought his extensive management and planning skills to the financial services industry in 2004 as a financial consultant with A.G. Edwards and Sons and founded Fenway Financial Advisors in 2006 to provide the consumer with a truly unique philosophy: pure advice, unbiased by incentives to generate fees and commissions.
Mr. Wintermeier currently serves as treasurer of the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay and is an active member of the Alliance of Boston Neighborhoods and the Bay State Model Railroad Museum. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and travel photographer.
